Promoter
This promotion is offered by Charlie Bears North America Inc, Gateway Center, 1119 Gateway Boulevard, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 (“Charlie Bears”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Eligibility
2.1 This promotion is open to customers placing qualifying orders during the promotion period where permitted by law.
2.2 Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion begins at 9:00 AM (local regional time) on June 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM (local regional time) on June 21, 2026.
3.2 Orders placed outside of this period will not qualify.
Offer Details
4.1 Customers who spend USD $100 or more on merchandise in a single transaction will receive one (1) complimentary mystery gift.
4.2 The mystery gift has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of USD $15.99.
4.3 The qualifying spend applies to merchandise purchases only and excludes shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and any other non-merchandise charges.
4.4 Only one mystery gift may be awarded per qualifying order unless otherwise stated.
4.5 The mystery gift will be selected by Charlie Bears and cannot be chosen by the customer.
4.6 The mystery gift awarded may vary between orders and regions.
4.7 Charlie Bears reserves the right to substitute the mystery gift with an alternative mystery gift of equal or greater retail value if the original gift becomes unavailable for any reason.
Combination with Other Offers
This promotion may be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless otherwise specified.
Returns and Refunds
6.1 If a qualifying order is returned and the remaining order value falls below the qualifying spend threshold, Charlie Bears reserves the right to require return of the mystery gift in unused condition or deduct the value of the gift from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

7.1 The mystery gift is non-transferable and has no cash value.
7.2 Charlie Bears reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.
7.3 By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
7.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
