Multiple submissions do not mean that you will be offered a higher chance of being able to adopt a specific Best Friends Club bear or character.

All BFC 24/25 bears will work on a first come, first serve basis. By registering your interest, this does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt a bear/character if they become over-subscribed
