Promoter
The Best Friends Club is operated by Charlie Bears North America Inc, Gateway Center, 1119 Gateway Boulevard, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 (“Charlie Bears”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Eligibility
2.1 Membership is open worldwide where permitted by law.
2.2 There are no age restrictions for membership; however, individuals under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Membership Purchase and Duration
3.1 Best Friends Club membership is purchased as a one-time annual payment.
3.2 Membership is valid for a fixed period ending on April 30 each year, regardless of the purchase date.
3.3 Membership does not automatically renew.

6.2 Membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products unless expressly stated.
Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Membership purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Misuse and Termination
8.1 Charlie Bears reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund where:

Changes to Membership
9.1 Charlie Bears reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw membership benefits at any time.

Communications
10.1 Membership does not automatically subscribe members to marketing communications.
10.2 Members may opt in separately.
Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlie Bears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
General
12.1 By purchasing membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Promoter
The promoter of this promotional drawing is Charlie Bears North America Inc, Gateway Center, 1119 Gateway Boulevard, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 (“Charlie Bears”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Eligibility
2.1 Participation is open to valid members of the Charlie Bears Best Friends Club where permitted by law.
2.2 Participants must hold an active and valid Best Friends Club membership at the time of purchase and at the time of the promotional drawing.
2.3 Employees of Charlie Bears and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation at the Promoter’s discretion.
2.4 Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How to Enter
3.1 Eligible members will automatically receive ten (10) entries into the promotional drawing for each qualifying Best Friends Club exclusive bear purchased during the promotion period.
3.2 A maximum of sixty (60) entries per member may be earned during the promotion period.
3.3 Entries are linked to valid qualifying purchases and associated order numbers held on the member’s account.
3.4 No additional entry form or submission is required.
3.5 Any qualifying exclusive bear purchase which is cancelled or returned prior to the draw date will result in the associated entries being voided and removed from the promotional drawing.
Promotion Period
The promotion begins on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 29, 2027. Only qualifying purchases made during this period will be eligible.
Prize
5.1 One (1) winner will receive a prize with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to $1,300 USD.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3 Charlie Bears reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
6.2 The drawing will take place on April 30, 2027 during CBTV.
6.3 The winning entry will be drawn by an independent person.
Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be contacted by email in May 2027 using the contact details associated with their membership account.
7.2 If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, Charlie Bears reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Public Announcement
The winner’s name may be announced publicly on the official Charlie Bears Facebook page and/or during CBTV following confirmation and acceptance of the prize.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants understand that they are providing their information to Charlie Bears and not to Facebook.
Data Protection and Privacy
Personal information supplied during this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the promotional drawing and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Charlie Bears, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
